Se framanta putin, atat cat sa fie toate bine amestecate. Intr-un castron mai mare, punem laptele, adaugam zaharul tos, ouale, un praf de sare, margarina si mixam totul cu mixerul pana la omogenizare&lt;br /&gt;Intr-un castronel amestecam faina cu praful de copt si adaugam acest amestec peste compozitia preparata mai inainte. Mixam din nou, de aceasta data cu blenderul vertical, pentru a obtine o compozitie cat mai fina si fara cocoloase.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce am pregatit compozitia, incepem sa coacem clatitele. Luam o tigaie, preferabil de Teflon, o punem la incins, pe foc fara pic de ulei in ea, si luam din compozitia de clatite cate un polonic plin si turnam in mijlocul tigaii. Compozitia se va extinde singura inspre marginile tigaii, atat cat trebuie, fara sa miscam noi tigaiam, ca la clatitele clasice.&lt;br /&gt;Lasam clatita la prajit pe o parte pana ce se rumeneste, eu am remarcat ca in momentul in care ar trebui intoarsa pe cealalta parte incep sa apara la suprafata bulbuci.
